Petit Palace Eixample - Barcelona

Convenient location, no fuss booking or organising, which was exactly what I was looking for.

The staff were excellent, always helpful and had very good english. It was 5 mins from all the tourist sites but was very quiet in the late evenings. Rooms were cleaned every day and kept to a very high standard. Would recomend this hotel to all.

The room was clean and attractive. The location was near the city centre. It was within walking distance of the harbour, which was adjacent to the beaches. They provided a safe for our valuables right in the room.

Our room was right on the main drag (Gran Via De Les Corts Catalanes) which was noisy all night with traffic and Sirens. There was a strong smell of sewer gas in the bathroom each day, although the staff did try to remedy thiswith limited success. They say they provide a breakfast service for $14.?? per day, but do not have a restaurant and only provide this certain days of the week.

It was located near the area we wanted to be in and conveniently accessible by metro. The pool deck was a haven on a hot day

Excellent location. Great staff, always willing to help. Plus, you get a free invitation to watch a live music show in their restaurant. Fantastic treat as the atmosphere was quite enjoyable. We'll come back!

I had a good experience here, everything was really good, the location was phenomenal next to all major sights : Ramblas, and tourist attractions. And it had city view which is a plus.

The breakfast definitely should 've been included.

I loved how this hotel is just a short stroll from the Gothic Quarter and only 1.5 km from the fine Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, making it super easy to explore the city at my own pace, and the area felt really inviting with plenty of charming restaurants to grab breakfast nearby.

Spotless hotel, sumptuous breakfast, great-sized and well heated rooms.

I loved everything about it - I was pleasantly surprised seeing as we paid so little for the room. Lovely view of the Gran Via road - it is a wide tree-lined avenue. It's busy, but you couldn't hear it with the windows shut on the 6th floor where we were. There was a small swimming pool and a jacuzzi on the roof - just enough to dip in to cool down after sunbathing. Excellent views of Barcelona form the roof. One of the best things is the location - right near a metro stop and the language university. Plenty of bars in the area that weren't too expensive. The hotel provided many maps for walking around Barcelona, using the tube or tourist bus. Free wifi as well!

The breakfast was very expensive (15 euros each) so we went out for coffee and croissants nearby (2 euros each!). Tea and coffee not available in the rooms.

its not a 4 star hotel, we did not get the room we asked for, we booked a double room and got a room with 2 single beds pushed together. The wi-fi was hit and miss i think i got connected 2 times out of over 20 times trying.The hotel has no bar and no tea or coffee in rooms which you would get in a good 3*** hotel.

The location is excellent for exploring, and the breakfast offers many good choices.

Sadly, the cleanliness left much to be desired with ants in the room, and my experience with the bathroom was less than pleasant due to an off-putting sewer smell.

The hotel is cenrally located in the city and adjacent to a metro station. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. (We didn't have contact with any other staff so can't comment about them.)

The rooftop pool was a perfect spot to relax, and we also enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace. The room could use a bit of an update, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience 🏊‍♂️
